I am contacting you regarding a critical issue that has recently appeared in the Voice Studio feature (Text-based voice editing, cloning and TTS).
👉 As of today, December 27, 2025, I have noticed a major change in the quality of the generated voices.
Issue Description
When using voice cloning and text regeneration:
The generated voice has become highly robotic
The voice no longer sounds natural
The Saudi Arabic local dialect is no longer rendered correctly
⚠️ This issue did not exist before.
Important Context
I have been using Vozo.ai for more than one year
I work exclusively in Arabic (Saudi dialect)
Before this change, the generated voice was natural, fluent, and human-like
This sudden degradation is very noticeable and directly impacts my work
In addition, a colleague of mine who also uses your software has noticed the same issue, which confirms that this is not an isolated case.
Impact
This problem is blocking my workflow and seriously affects the quality of my projects.
I sincerely hope this issue can be fixed today or as soon as possible, so I can continue working with your platform.
If this problem is not resolved quickly, I will unfortunately be forced to look for another solution, which I would prefer to avoid, as I have relied on Vozo.ai for a long time.
